Nothing like a Birthday to prompt a RESET!
This past weekend I celebrated my birthday and there's nothing like turning a year older to spur you into ACTION!
My birthday always seems to bring me into a period of reflection - another year older and what am I doing!!!!! Are you with me?
Add to that, your Birthday falls close to the end of September, we're entering the last quarter of the year... YIKES - it's time to kick things into gear!
I've been feeling in the mood for a RESET in a lot of ways, and have a few BIG goals that I want to set for myself over the next 30 days and I thought... what if I invited YOU, my Inspired Friends, to join along with me!
SO... I am embarking on a 30 Day Mind, Body & Business Reset and my friends, I'm not playing around here... let me fill you in on my main goals - BIG Goals for me, but ones I know for sure that I can achieve with some accountability and support:)
...and I'm starting on Monday October 2nd!
Mind
Maybe your goal is to prioritise sleep and go to bed earlier or maybe it's to read 10 pages of that amazing book you've been meaning to read every day or maybe it's to simply to take 10 minutes to meditate every morning...
Body
Maybe it's to walk 10,000 steps a day or to do 1 special self-care thing a week just for yourself, maybe it's simply to take the time to put on mascara in the morning or maybe it's to prioritise fitness and take up a new exercise class ~ hello FREE Zumba class anyone?? (see below)
Business
Maybe it's to finish off a project that you have been procrastinating on, maybe it's to finish off your website that you have been putting off for months or maybe it's to finally launch that new product or service you have been dreaming about!
YOU determine your own personal goals and set your intentions for the 30 days!
Things can be different, and we can do it together!
Here's what you'll get over the 30 days:
"It’s so easy to overestimate the importance of one defining moment & underestimate the value of making small improvements on a daily basis. Too often, we convince ourselves that massive success requires massive action."
