With the reality of our new normal, managing the COVID -19 Pandemic, we want to keep everyone safe and healthy.

We are running a variety of Zumba classes each week that are suitable for all fitness levels – ages 12 and up.  It’s a perfect time to relax, release the stress and stay fit and healthy.

Many of our classes you can now attend in person while following safe social distancing AND each class is still being held virtually as a live stream class on Zoom.

Beginners are more than welcome.

5 Class Card – $70 ($14 per class)
10 Class Card – $130 ($13 per class)

Students and Seniors (65+)
$50 for 5 Classes or $100 for 10 classes

Most of our classes you can now attend in person. Please see the sign up form below to see where each class is being held. Some will be in the back room at Docksides and some in Jen’s garden. ALL in person classes allow us to maintain great social distancing due to the space at each location.

Once you book your classes here’s what will happen:

If it’s your first time booking classes you will need to download the Zoom app to your phone, iPad or laptop – the larger the screen on your device the better.

1 hour before each class, an email will be sent to you with the access link and password for that specific class. Each class has it’s own link so be sure to use the correct email. The ZOOM portal will be open 15 minutes before the class to allow everyone to make sure they are set-up and ready for the class.

Zumba

Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Zumba Toning

Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

Zumba Gold

Fantastic for active older adults and for those who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. This class introduces easy-to-follow choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
